MY STORY
Fitness changed my life — and now it’s my mission to help others experience the same transformation. For me, training isn’t just something I do; it’s a lifestyle built on discipline, consistency, and self-respect.
I’ve gone through every phase myself — from being skinny with no knowledge, to gaining weight when life got tough, to finally stepping on stage in Men’s Physique. I know exactly what it feels like to start from zero, to struggle, and to keep pushing.
My philosophy is simple: show up, work hard, stay consistent, and trust the process. Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose fat, gain confidence, or simply feel better in your own body, I’ll guide you with a personalised, realistic approach that fits your level, your lifestyle, and your goals.


MY MISSION
I’m Salva — born in Málaga, Spain, and living in London since 2019.
My fitness journey began around eight years ago.
At first, I was skinny, unsure, and completely lost in the gym. Over time, I learned, made mistakes, improved, and slowly fell in love with the process.
But my biggest transformation happened recently:
I went from feeling chubby and unhappy to stepping on stage for my first Men’s Physique competition.
That experience taught me discipline, patience, and the power of showing up every single day — even when life gets hard.
I was helping people in the gym long before I officially became a coach. Supporting others felt natural. Now I do it professionally, guiding people who want real, long-lasting change.
Fitness made me stronger physically and mentally.
Now I’m here to help others become the best version of themselves, just like I did.
MY TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
My mission is to help people transform not just their bodies, but their confidence, mindset, and lifestyle.
I work with anyone who wants to build muscle, get leaner, feel healthier, or take control of their life again. My goal is to make fitness simple, achievable, and sustainable — no matter your starting point.
I believe in teaching strong fundamentals, building habits that last, and creating training plans that adapt to real life. For some, that means building strength. For others, it’s losing fat or improving their relationship with the gym. For many, it’s finally believing in themselves.
Having competed in Men’s Physique, I understand the discipline and commitment required to push your limits. While I’m not preparing for competition right now, I carry that mindset into every aspect of my coaching.
My mission is to guide you, support you, and help you unlock the strongest and most confident version of yourself.
